Creative Learning Training and Consulting, Inc. (CLTC) mission is to provide services and training for the early care and education community while improving the quality of care provided for children and their families throughout the Southeast. CLTC began three years ago with the goals of sharing knowledge and a passion for the field of early education. “I hope you feel this passion and commitment to lifelong learning every time you attend one of our courses or use our services,” explains CLTC President, Michelle Pittman.
